I'm saddened that four justices disagreed and one of their stances was that the freedoms incorporated in the Bill of Rights need not extend to the states. (!)

She's not even as controversial as Sotomayor was.

As with Sotomayor she's not someone I would nominate and I'm sure there will be many decisions in which I'm on the opposite side of the ruling but Obama won the election and barring an unforeseen scandal there's nothing in her past which should deny her confirmation.
